We recently completed a project in Dalston, adding four new flats to an existing residential building. Our team managed the full design and build, ensuring everything met the latest fire safety regulations and was fully approved by building control.

The project was completed in nine months and stayed within the agreed budget. We secured all the necessary planning permissions from the council and worked closely with the existing tenants to keep disruption to a minimum during construction.

We are also proud to have earned a Certificate of Excellence from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for our efforts on this project.
