The Creative Builders recently delivered a fast-paced commercial build for Gyros Labs, a Greek-inspired grab-and-go food concept located on a bustling corner in Shoreditch, East London. The project involved transforming a high street unit into a fully functional fast food takeaway space, with a strict timeline of less than five weeks from start to completion.
Commercial Fit-Out and Collaboration
This project called for a tailored F&B sector fit-out, including coordination with the client’s pre-selected suppliers. We worked seamlessly to integrate their kitchen equipment and extraction systems, ensuring all elements were installed safely and efficiently within the space constraints of the unit.
We also provided a curated team of specialist subcontractors, including M&E, HVAC, extraction, joinery, and finishes, all experienced in high-spec food service environments. Our proactive project management ensured minimal delays and aligned with the fast turnaround required for launching the brand.
Kitchen Integration and Specialist Works
The unit was fitted with commercial-grade appliances and finishes suitable for high-traffic food preparation. The ventilation and extraction system was designed for intensive use, while maintaining compliance with local health and safety regulations.
