The Creative Builders recently completed a full gym renovation and fit-out for Muscle Hut Gym, located in Leytonstone, East London. This extensive project involved both structural improvements and a complete internal refurbishment to transform the space into a modern and fully equipped fitness facility.
Structural Works and Rear Extension
Our team successfully delivered a rear extension and undertook multiple structural modifications to enhance space and functionality. The works included removing basement stud walls to maximise floor area, levelling floors for a smooth finish, and fireproofing structural beams to ensure long-term safety and compliance.
Gym Fit-Out and Facilities Upgrade
As part of the fit-out, we added new male and female toilet and shower facilities, featuring premium Grohe showers and Dyson hand dryers for an enhanced member experience. The gym’s internal layout was further improved with bespoke joinery, including custom shelving and a fully integrated bar area.
Finishes, Features, and Final Delivery
The project also featured:
Installation of new air conditioning
Full electrical upgrade with a new fuse box
New lighting optimised for gym conditions
Ceiling replacement with sound and visual enhancements
Revamped CCTV and audio systems
We also introduced a selfie area to help the client boost online engagement and brand visibility. New glazing was added to extend natural light and create a more inviting environment.
